Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Your items will be shipped by United States Postal Service and insured for the purchase amount. Items are typically shipped between 3-6 days after purchase. You will receive notification as soon as items have been shipped.  Please get in touch if you need expedited shipping and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns

We have a 14-day refund policy back to the method of payment used for purchase. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to postmark the item for return for refund. We also accept returns for store credit up to 30 days after you received your item. Simply put, refunds are accepted days 1-14, store credits are issued days 15-30. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as insurance.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, contact us at info@dichotomyjewelry.com to let us know if you you’d like an exchange, store credit or refund (details below). Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchange/Store Credit/Refund

Exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

 

Store Credit: If you’ve returned an item and don’t immediately see anything you like in exchange, we will happily issue you a store credit, good for up to a year after your original purchase date.

 

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dichotomyjewelry.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
